Who Are We?
Riding Comets has been created a really long time ago (5 years as of now) and, as a dressage club, we have accomplished many things, like been invited to server events, to worldwide livestreams, we have competed in SSD competitions, and built an entire community, forming lifelong connections. After a break we are now back, the activity is growing, people are joining and we have great plans in mind.

Many activities, a lot of fun
Dressage
Dressage is the main club activity which we totally love. Dressage practices happen at least once a week.
We work very hard on improving the skills of all members, regardless of their level of experience.
Experienced dressage riders have the opportunity to be in the competition team and take part in dressage competitions of the official SSD server and much more.
Games
We host quite a few games a month and we announce them several days ahead to give members time to prepare.
Games are fun activities we do together on or off SSO that are unique, creative and challenging
Activities
We offer a variety of engaging and fun activities for all members to enjoy. Here are some examples:

Training – We train our horses together to make it fun and not boring.

Scavenger hunt – Members have to search all over Jorvik for a place, an object, or an NPC, following guides and hints.

Trivia – We host different quizes about the SSO lore, dressage, popular songs and so on.

The new gen dapple grey Andalusian is the club horse.
Getting this horse is a requirement, but everyone has enough time to get it.
Of course the best way is to get it as soon as possible, but we offer about 3 months to to get everything after joining.

How we became Riding Comets
It was April 20th, and something stirred in the heart of Jorvik. The town buzzed with a quiet thrill—as if the island itself knew a secret too big to keep. Mario tried to hush the whispers, but secrets, like stardust, have a way of slipping through fingers.
Everyone knew.
Tonight, a comet would pass over Jorvik. Not just any comet, but the comet—the kind that only shows up once in a lifetime, when the sky decides to share its magic.
By evening, the observatory was alive. Grandmothers baked muffins like it was a festival. Teenagers dragged blankets and speakers onto the hilltop. Some brought cameras. Others just brought dreams. The sun dipped below the sea, and the moon climbed like a silver promise.
Then—there it was.
The comet.
It streaked across the sky like a brushstroke of fire. It didn’t just fly—it danced, swirling through the stars as if performing just for them. Closer and closer it came, and yet, no one felt fear. Only awe. Only wonder.
Then—it vanished behind the mountain.
A heartbeat later, the ground sighed. A faint shimmer pulsed from beyond the ridge.
And from that shimmer... she appeared.
A girl, radiant and strange, as if the sky had sculpted her from light. She wasn’t ordinary—not in the way people are. She was part of the comet. A fragment made flesh.
But she wasn’t whole.
She felt it deep in her being—the pull of others like her. Sisters. Scattered across Jorvik. Pieces of the same fallen star.
She didn’t know how, but she knew what she had to do.
Find them.
Reunite.
Become something more.
And so, she searched. For weeks. For months. Through forests thick with fog and beaches lit by bioluminescence. She followed instincts, signs, dreams. And one by one, she found them—other comet-girls, glowing with the same celestial fire in their hearts, each carrying a piece of the story.
Now, they ride together—not through galaxies, but across fields and skies and dreams. Not as a single streak of light, but as something new.
Together, they are the Riding Comets.
And the world will never forget the night the stars came to life.
